Why Executive Carers?
We are by no means perfect, and the sector is under immense pressure but, we are different, we are not interested in quantity, we focus on quality and ensuring our staff are well paid and looked after. All our staff are paid well above the national living wage and are rewarded through bonuses, incentives, and weekly / monthly rewards. This allows us to retain our key staff and promote client and staff continuity.
Clients are thought of and treated as family, we are very aware without our staff and clients we, as a business would not exist. What we are most proud of is until 2022 we have never advertised locally via the internet or in any publications. Our clients have reached out to us through being recommended by other clients who have used our service as well as professionals, such as GP’s, Social Workers and District Nurses highly advocating our service.
We work with our clients to ensure that when issues are identified we act on them and use them as ways in which we can learn to improve our service. The sector does need to change, and we are trying to play our part in that movement for change.
We can offer advice on claiming benefits and how best to plan for your long term or short-term care needs. We have a team of Physiotherapists, Nurses, and Benefit advisors who can support most situations. If we can not help, we always know someone who can.
Over the years we are proud to have supported hundreds of families locally with honest advice. We are here to support and advise on the best solution for you, often we can save potential clients money as we discuss the needs in a practical way. We are big advocates of assistive technology, and this allows us to save further money for our clients and give piece of mind to the family members.
Our family portal allows us to give families access in real time to view when carers are visiting and read the notes of that call. Family can be anywhere in the world and know that their family member is being looked after.
We also offer face time calling for those family members who do not live locally which has been a huge success and greatly received during special occasions.
As a company we offer such a varied array of services it is difficult to document them all. Our bespoke, solution focused approach allows us to really tailor the package for the needs of the client.
